It was easy to order, was reasonably priced, arrived quickly, simple to assemble and looks nice on my countertop. The base could use a few more ounces. It tends to move while attempting to rip towels from roll.

I don't like the wall mount. This blends in seamlessly with my stainless appliances. Would def buy again if for some reason (can't imagine) needed to replace. One handed or two handed? Who really notices this? Not me. It's paper towels. The wall mount forever needed two hands! Pull the stinking roll off the wall mount if you're in a hurry? Honestly, I never notice this item. I have used it for about a year and I don't ever notice it except when I'm out of paper towels.
